Amina and the Great Green Wall introduces students to a project that was initiated by eleven African countries in 2007 to help combat climate change. This book can help students understand the impact of the Great Green Wall on a global scale as well as the difference it can have on one person's life. The book can also be used to teach students how to identify cause-and-effect relationships as well as identify and use time-and-order words.
