Step 1: Assign & Prepare (Teacher)

Select a grade-level passage using Lexile data and instructional goals.
Preview the passage before assigning.
Review scoring tools:
- Fluency Rubric
- Fiction and Nonfiction Retelling Rubrics
Click Assign and choose students.
Students automatically receive the retelling task and the quiz after reading.

Step 2: Students Complete the Assessment

Part 1: Read

Part 2: Retell

Part 3: Respond (Quiz)

Student completes the quiz.
Results are automatically sent to the teacher In Basket and saved in Skill Reports.
